"The glory of gardening: hands in the dirt, head in the sun, heart with nature.
To nurture a garden is to feed not just the body, but the soul." Alfred Austin
I love to share my love of gardening with knowledge of how the body works and recent studies on brain health. I work as a fitness professional and connect the physical and mental benefits of gardening with best practices; protecting our joints, preventing injuries, optimizing our time in the garden, and creating more relaxation and enjoyment.
The goal is to produce Long Lasting Gardeners, aging gracefully, and learning natural, healthy ways to stay in your garden.
