I love to share my passion for gardening with knowledge about how the body works. I work as a fitness professional and connect the physical and mental benefits of gardening with best practices; protecting our joints, preventing injuries, optimizing our time in the garden, and creating more relaxation and enjoyment.
The goal is to produce Long Lasting Gardeners, aging gracefully, and learning natural, healthy ways to stay in the garden.
Susan is a conscious movement coach. She is certified in teaching- group fitness, senior exercises, Tai Chi for Healthy Aging; Ageless Grace, a fun, mind- body program for keeping your brain and body healthy. Susan has been gardening her own plots since 1985 and worked on an organic farm. She is active in her local garden club.
